PEDAL-ASSIST BIKES

WE-cycle green e-bike
Green e-bikes are Class 1 pedal-assist bikes, meaning that a small electric motor helps to propel you forward to make pedaling even easier. Pedal-assist bikes do not have throttles and eliminate much of the burden of biking uphill. 6 pedal-assist bikes (3 in Aspen and 3 in Basalt) are lowering barriers to bicycle commuting, and are:

  • Promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • Increasing road safety for all bicyclists.
