Commuter Kit
What’s the key to bike commuting? WE-cycle, of course! From our free 30-minute-ride structure to strategically located stations, to partnerships with RFTA, English in Action, and large employers in the valley, we try to make transit by bike as easy as possible.
And now we’ve got you covered with the commuting basics. We get that at some point (possibly too early in the pre-caffeinated morning), it’s on you. You’ve got to get yourself and your stuff onto the bike. Having a go-to kit for commuting is vital to a smooth start. Our team — avid bike commuters — has put together a list of their must-haves, detailing not only what they carry, but what they don’t. You want just the right amount of stuff, and not an ounce more. The goal, which we at WE-cycle share, is to lighten your load.
This is what’s in our bag:
- Backpack
- Wallet with WE-cycle key card
- Phone with Transit app
- Keys
- Shell/warm layer

Notable is what’s not on this list. WE-cycles come stocked and serviced, so you don’t have to worry about lugging:

Now, WE want to know: What’s in YOUR bag?
