Here’s a list of steps you can take to protect yourself in addition to good personal hygiene while riding:

  • Wipe down the bikes before and after use with germ-killing disinfectant.
  • Clean your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Put distance between yourself and other people. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.

WE are committed to minimizing the potential exposure to COVID-19 by pro-actively engaging in social distancing wherever possible including remote office-work, limiting shift, personnel overlap, and properly educating all employees on sanitation and health protocols in addition to following public health guidelines. WE will continually reach out to other bikeshare organizations nationwide to operate within the best industry practices.
